AI auto-logging captures calls, emails and meetings into the CRM with summaries, fixing the data-completeness problem CRMs die of. It transcribes and reads each interaction, matches it to the right record, extracts the fields the process needs, and posts a summary for a person to confirm rather than type.
A safe NL analyst runs read-only, enforces row-level security by role, validates cost and shows the SQL it ran. Add a semantic layer so it selects governed metrics rather than guessing joins, a golden question set to measure accuracy, and a clear "cannot answer" path, and security and finance will both accept it.
An AMC should define response times, included hours, patching cadence, monitoring, reporting and, for AI, evaluation and cost reviews. It should also say who owns the code and credentials, what counts as a change request rather than maintenance, and how either side exits. Anything vaguer is a retainer, not a contract.
Submit early, prepare privacy labels, permissions rationale, test accounts and screenshots; compliance is scope, not an afterthought. Most rejections come from a short list: missing account deletion, unexplained permissions, payment rules, incomplete metadata and reviewers who cannot log in. Plan for them in week one.
API-first means the UI is a client of the same API partners will use, which keeps behaviour consistent and enables an ecosystem. Design the resources, permissions, versioning and webhooks first, build your own front end against them, and every feature ships to the browser and to integrators on the same day.
Voice agents take booking, rescheduling and reminder calls in regional languages and act in the HIS, freeing front-desk staff. The agent verifies the caller, checks live slots, books or moves the appointment in the hospital system, confirms by SMS or WhatsApp, and hands anything clinical to a person with a summary.
A grounded tutor answers only from approved content, cites the lesson and hands off to a teacher when out of scope. AI tutor development is mostly retrieval, pedagogy rules and evaluation, not model choice: the tutor must explain rather than answer, stay inside the syllabus and prove on a test set that it does both.
A POC runs on your real data against agreed thresholds and produces production-style code; a demo runs on curated data and proves nothing. Buying on a demo is how teams lose a quarter discovering that the impressive thing they saw does not survive their documents, their edge cases or their volume.
Narrative insights turn a chart into a short explanation of what moved and why, grounded in the same metric definitions. The reliable version computes the change and its drivers with deterministic queries and uses the model only to write the sentences; it never guesses a number, and every claim links to its query.
