Enterprise platforms implemented to your process, not the vendor's demo.
Configuration, customisation, integration, data migration and rollout of CRM, HRM, service and operations platforms, including our own TheEazy suite.
What is enterprise platform implementation?
Enterprise platform implementation is the configuration, customisation, integration, data migration and rollout of a business platform such as a CRM, HRM or service system. Eazyware implements TheEazy CXM, HXM and Zentrix natively, and other platforms on request, with AI extensions, user training and measured adoption rather than assumed adoption.

What problem does it solve?
Enterprise platforms fail in implementation, not selection: wrong configuration, half-done integrations, dirty data, users who never adopted it.
How do we approach it?
Implementations fail on process and adoption, not on software, so we start with process mapping: how work is actually done today, what should change, and what the platform must be configured to support. Configuration and customisation follow the map, integrations connect the platform to your systems of record, and data migration is planned with cleansing rules agreed in advance and rehearsed on a copy. Rollout is phased by team with training built around real tasks, and adoption is measured at thirty, sixty and ninety days rather than assumed at go-live. Where the platform is our own TheEazy suite, we bring the product team into the room.
What do clients use it for?
- CRM rollout across sales and service teams
- HRMS implementation with payroll and compliance
- Field-service platform for operations
- Migration from spreadsheets or a legacy tool
Is it the right fit?
Good fit when
- Mid-market companies adopting a platform
- Teams that need integration and data migration done properly
- Organisations where adoption failed before
Probably not when
- Purely custom software (use Custom Build)
- Platforms we cannot access or configure
What do we build?
- Requirements and process mapping
- Platform configuration and customisation
- Integration with ERP, finance, identity and messaging
- Data migration and cleansing
- Custom modules and AI extensions: copilots, automation
- Training, change management, phased rollout, hypercare
What you get
- Configured platform
- Integrations
- Migrated data
- Training material
- Adoption dashboard

What does good look like?
A platform your teams use because it fits how they work, with the integrations that stop double entry, data that migrated cleanly, and adoption numbers that go up after go-live rather than down. AI extensions, copilots and automations, where they remove real work. A hypercare period that ends because the tickets stop, and a Care Plan for what comes after.
How does it compare?
| Eazyware | Typical agency | In-house hire | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to first result | Sprint Zero in 10 days, then a fixed-scope build | 6–12 weeks of discovery before a proposal | 3–6 months to hire, then ramp |
| Pricing model | Fixed scope, milestone billing, INR or USD | Time and materials, open-ended | Salaries, tooling, management overhead |
| AI depth | Multi-model, evals, cost routing, observability as standard | Often a single vendor API and a prompt | Depends entirely on who you can hire |
| Ownership | Client owns code, infra, prompts and docs | Sometimes retained or licensed back | Owned, but concentrated in one or two people |
| After launch | Care Plans with SLA and AI add-on | Change requests at hourly rates | Ongoing headcount whether or not there is work |
Which pitfalls do we design around?
Implementations go wrong when configuration follows the vendor demo rather than your process, when data migration is left to the last fortnight, when training is a slide deck and when nobody measures whether people actually use the system. We map first, migrate early and rehearse, train on tasks and measure adoption.
What do we measure?
Every engagement is instrumented. These are the numbers you see in the dashboard and the monthly report, not claims on a website.
- User adoption at 30, 60 and 90 days
- Data migration accuracy
- Weeks to go-live
Which technologies do we use?
- TheEazy CXM / HXM / Zentrix
- Custom-built platforms
- Client-selected platforms on request
Who does the work?
An implementation lead, a platform configurator, an integration engineer, a data migration specialist and a trainer, with the product team for TheEazy implementations.
What do you need to bring?
Process owners from each team using the platform, the systems the platform must integrate with, an export of the data to migrate, decisions on roles and permissions, and a sponsor who will hold teams to the rollout plan.
Frequently asked questions
Do you only implement TheEazy?
No, but we're strongest there and price it accordingly.
Adoption?
Measured, not assumed. We track it and adjust.
Where does this fit?
Enterprise Platform Implementation is part of our Enterprise Software & Modernization line. Not sure yet? Start with Sprint Zero, a ten-day discovery whose fee is credited to this build. See all pricing or talk to an engineer.
