Partners

Bring us the problem. We'll bring the engineering.

Consultancies, agencies, platforms and regional firms work with Eazyware to deliver AI and product engineering to their clients without building the team themselves. Four ways in, one partner agreement, a shared channel from day one.

Four ways to partner

Pick the one that matches how you work with clients. Most partners start with referrals and grow into delivery.

Technology partners

Model providers, cloud platforms, data and tooling vendors.

We build on your platform for our clients and co-develop reference architectures, benchmarks and integrations. You get engineering that makes your product work in production; we get first-class support and early access.

  • Reference architectures
  • Co-marketing
  • Joint case studies

Referral partners

Consultants, advisors, accountants, fractional CTOs, agencies without an AI team.

Introduce a client who needs AI or product engineering, we scope and deliver, you earn a referral fee on the engagement and stay in the relationship. No delivery obligation on your side.

  • Referral fee on signed work
  • You keep the relationship
  • Monthly statement

Delivery partners

Agencies, system integrators and product studios that want AI capability without hiring for it.

White-label or co-branded delivery. We run the AI, agent and modernization work inside your engagement under your brand or ours, with your PM in the room.

  • White-label delivery
  • Dedicated pod
  • Shared playbooks

Regional partners

Firms with clients in the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe or the Americas.

Represent Eazyware in your market with local account management and time-zone cover while we deliver from Bengaluru, New York and London. Exclusive territories are available for the right partner.

  • Territory arrangements
  • Local currency invoicing
  • Sales enablement

What partners get

The same thing our clients get: engineers who ship, and honesty about what will work.

  • A partner lead you can reach, not a portal
  • Scoping and proposals within five working days
  • Fixed-price programs your clients can budget for
  • Delivery from Bengaluru, New York and London across IST, UK and US hours
  • Invoicing in INR, USD or your local currency by arrangement
  • Sales deck, one-pagers, pricing guide and a demo environment
  • Co-published, anonymised case studies when the client agrees
  • A shared Slack or Teams channel with the delivery team

Partner questions

01

What does a referral partner earn?

A percentage of the fees on engagements you introduce, paid as the client pays, with a monthly statement. The rate and duration are in the partner agreement and depend on how involved you stay.

02

Can we white-label your work?

Yes, for delivery partners. Your brand faces the client, your PM runs the relationship, our engineers deliver. We also do co-branded engagements where both names are on the work.

03

Do you take on exclusive regional partners?

For some territories, yes, where the partner has real client access and commits to targets we agree together. Ask on the call.

04

Who owns the client relationship?

The partner who brought it, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We don't sell around our partners.

05

What do you need from a technology partner?

A product our clients would benefit from, technical access and support, and a willingness to co-publish real reference architectures rather than logos on a slide.
