Launch 6 is our six-week AI-Accelerated MVP program, priced from $26,500 to $45,500, that ships a production-ready first version of an AI product or feature to a fixed scope and fixed date.
What Launch 6 means
Launch 6 delivers a working, deployed product in six weeks: an AI agent, a copilot inside your SaaS, a retrieval-backed assistant, or a full-stack application with AI at its core. The scope is locked in week zero, usually from a Sprint Zero report or a ProofRun result, and written as acceptance tests and evals. Price ranges from $26,500 to $45,500 depending on integrations, surfaces and compliance requirements.
The six weeks run as three two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. We use our own AI-assisted development lifecycle to move fast, but the speed comes mainly from scope lock: the first version does one job well, with the next jobs listed and priced for a follow-on phase. Handover includes source code, prompts, eval suites, infrastructure definitions and runbooks, all under your ownership.
Launch 6 is not a prototype and not a full platform. It is a minimum viable product in the strict sense: the smallest thing that real users can rely on. AI agents ship in shadow mode first and move to autonomy on measured performance, not on the calendar.

Why it exists
Launch 6 exists because the alternative, a multi-month build with a floating scope, is how most first AI products die: the requirements grow, the date slips, and the team never gets user feedback. Six weeks is long enough to build something real and short enough that the scope must stay honest. The trade-off is that features you want will be cut to a later phase, and that is deliberate. A shipped first version with real usage data tells you more about what to build next than any amount of planning would.
